100% recommend this product! On my second bottle and can’t see why I’d ever stop taking it! I took it for 30 days and didn’t get much out of it but then realized I was supposed to be taking 3/day and not 1. Once I increased the dose it was like night and day. Will probably be back for more once this bottle is done.

I played sports all my life but as I’m getting older (42 years old) I’m just in more pain after playing sports. Gave these a chance and after 3 weeks my joints feel better. No more need for ice after pick up games!

I’m a mom with 2 little ones and picking them up, picking up after them, and constantly bending over was really taking a toll on my knees and elbows. Really happy a friend recommended this product because I’m feeling a lot better now and my knees don’t make that popping sound as much.

I love this product, I am feeling more mobility in my knee since my left meniscus is damaged, it helps me. The delivery was very fast and great value!
