I was afraid this would make me rush to the toilet but NO! its very mild and works to regulate my bowl movements so it has been perfect for me. If you need more fiber you’ll have to try a different product but I eat enough fiber and just needed an extra boost of enzymes and probiotics.

I have been taking this to help with my digestive issues and I think it’s helping. Not feeling as bloated or constipated. I especially take it on days that I ate more than I should have and it helps me feel better.

I purchased this product along with other similar products, I take all of them; I have a bad colon, which has gone into remission so I always look for the best products and this is one of them.

I purchased this item along with the cleanser and let me tell you that I couldn’t be happier that I stumble upon these two. I was skeptical at first because I have tried many other products (natural, organic, herbs, chemicals, waters, etc…..you name it, I have tried it), but this two items have worked for me. It definitively has a natural taste and feeling so I also feel good that I am not consuming something bad for my health. I am very pleased with this product so far, and I think I just became a recurring customer.

While searching for digestive enzymes I found this. It has enzymes, fiber, and probiotics so ended up buying. Feeling less bloated and much more regular so far.
